The year 2006 starts BNI's 21ST year of operation. When BNI first started, the organization's foremost goal was generating new business for people in a positive, supportive, and structured word-of-mouth marketing program.
Over time BNI learned that there were many more benefits that members experienced in addition to getting more referrals and new business. Early on, our directors and staff learned that BNI truly is about relationships.
